Logo can be graphical mark, text, emblem or symbol depending upon nature of the industry the logo is decided. The logo is a small visual representation of an entire company, and if the process is correct, a logo can act as a useful marketing tool. Despite the simplicity and small size of the final product, designing a logo can be a surprisingly complex process.
The logo defines the brand story , and people love exciting stories in any form that they can find it. In 2020, modern and minimalistic logos are preferred as they have fresh and appealing designing. There are different types of logos such as a monogram, letter mark, pictorial, abstract and many more. One can pick the one that suits their company name or overall aesthetic best, or combine them to create something unique.
Font for a logo design is a crucial element because each font represents an emotion; hence, the selection of font is an essential step. Serif fonts will make your logo look classic and high end. They are versatile and look great with any kinds of design. Sans-serif is perfect for a clean and modern look. From classy calligraphic fonts to relaxed and down to earth scripts, there is ample of opportunity with script fonts. Display fonts are decorative fonts that are highly stylized and catch the eye. Your typography can become powerful when you combine different logo fonts.
An effective logo will always satisfy below elements such as:

- Works anywhere with any size
- Be unique and distinctive
- Should reflect the brand identity
- Be timeless
